Moreover, our inviting showroom, conveniently situated a mere 10 minutes away from the CBD, offers you the opportunity to drop by during regular business hours. No prior appointment is required – you’re welcome to visit at your convenience and explore our offerings in person.

After we’ve received and fully processed your payment, our logistics team will arrange your order for the next dispatch run. We exclusively use TGE (Toll) Express for all orders, and dispatches are made daily for all orders with confirmed payment by 16:00 WST. The transit times varies based  your distance from our store, TGE do however specify next day delivery to all capital cities.

We gladly welcome payments through various methods, including bank deposits, RTGS (real-time gross settlement), and cash, specifically in Australian Dollars (AUD). You can conveniently make payments in cash at our showroom, or using a debit or credit card (fee’s apply). It’s important to note that we do not accept cheques, whether they are personal cheques or bank cheques. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these payment guidelines. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

In the event of order cancellation, your deposit will not be reimbursed, and our Market Loss policy will come into effect. This entails your responsibility for any disparity between the metal’s value, calculated based on the spot price at the order placement, and its value at the time of cancellation (market loss). It’s worth noting that market losses have the potential to surpass the initial deposit.

Any market gains that may have accrued will be forfeited, and there is a possibility of incurring a cancellation fee. Should there be a failure to settle the market loss, the outstanding amount will be forwarded for collection. For a detailed overview of our Market Loss policy, please feel free to request a copy from us.

Perth Bullion provides our customers with complimentary temporary storage, also known as allocated storage, for a duration of up to 3 months. This allows you the flexibility to accumulate your orders, optimizing delivery costs by dispatching them collectively.

Opt for the “Free Storage (3 months)” option during checkout to have your order placed into temporary storage.

When you’re ready for your orders to be shipped, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team via email or phone. By itemizing your desired orders in your correspondence, they can consolidate them efficiently and provide you with the appropriate shipping charge for payment.

Please note that selecting shipping for a new Perth Bullion order and subsequently requesting the combination of other orders can lead to delays. This is due to the need to determine combined shipping charges, weights, and any additional fees.

Once a combined shipping order has been established, any subsequent requests for combined shipping will be treated as a separate instruction and may incur additional charges. For more details on this process, feel free to get in touch with us. 

Orders that take advantage of our free storage option will not be eligible for Free shipping at a later date even if a subsequent order that qualifies is made, these products can not be be added to the same shipment.

Where Capsules are in stock and available for a product all orders of less than half of a tube quantity will be shipped in capsules. For quantities of more than 50% of a tube will typically be sent in a tube with void filler to prevent movement.

All orders of discount volumes ( typicall 20 for 1 oz silver and 3 for 1 oz gold) Free shipping will automatically be applied. 

We will also allow customers to mix and match products to achieve this for instance you may order multiples of 10 for two seprate 1 oz products or 4 multiples of 5 to be eligible.
