Buyback Policy: We repurchase unallocated silver at the spot price, minus the following fees:

$25 per gold ounce / silver kilogram

$1 per gold gram / silver ounce

$15 per platinum ounce

$0.50 per platinum gram

Redemption Options: You can redeem your unallocated product for a physical product from our website at any time, paying only the difference between the spot price and the retail price of your chosen product.

Redemption Limitation:

A customer may redeem/sell up to $25,000 worth of unallocated products within a 24-hour period.

There is a mandatory 7-day holding period after your initial purchase before any unallocated products can be sold or redeemed.
